Qui plume la lune ?

Synopsis

The charming tale of a zany family fighting to maintain order amid calamity. When their mother dies, Suzanne and Marie care for their inconsolable father… who thinks he’s looking after them. Life goes on and the young girls grow up, the struggles and strayings of adolescence separate the members of the family. But in the end, despite hard times, and after some surprising events, the family is again reunited.

Christine Carrière

She graduated in the national film school FEMIS in France; she directed many films when she was a student. Her two short films were shown in Cannes and awarded in Angers and Dunkerque. Her first feature film Rosine got good reviews and won 4 awards in Locarno. She is so interested in teenage she often deals with. Qui plume la lune was shown at The Directors’ Fortnight and got several prizes.
