Synopsis

Johan van der Keuken was planning to make a full-length documentary under the title For the Time Being. But one day in January 2001, he died. What he left in the editing room were more than nine minutes of film, that he had edited in November 2000 with Menno Boerema, as part one of the incomplete film. In this part, Van der Keuken makes small portraits of his friends and of people he got to know on his journeys.
