Synopsis

London. Un homme. Une femme. Le cinéma. The film tells the story of a young Englishman named Belmondo, who has seen too many French films. A packet of Lucky Strike cigarettes and a sharp suit are all Belmondo needs to live out his fantasy of being a famous French film star of the 60s. But will he find the girl of his dreams?

Toby MacDonald

Born in London in 1975, Toby MacDonald began as an errand boy for a commercial production company. In 1996, he moved to Los Angeles ans worked in the film industry. He then moved to London where he worked on feature films and documentaries. Production assistant for PBS in New York, he went on to direct commercials.
