Philosophical cartoon: a man who lives at the expense of the society, grows so high above it that he eventually gets devoured.

Ante Zaninovic was an animator from Zagreb. He was co-director, co-scriptwriter and an animator of the television cartoon ‘Professor Balthazar’, that was broadcasted from 1969 to 1971. He also drew several one-page comic gags with the character. He directed « Man: The Polluter », released in 1973. He died in 2000.
