Adieu Berthe – l’enterrement de mémé

Synopsis

Granny is dead. Berthe is no more. Armand’s grandmother had sort of slipped his mind… Armand runs a pharmacy in the Paris suburbs with his wife, Helene. In a medicine cabinet he hides his magical equipment – he’s secretly preparing a show for the daughter… of his lover, Alix. And Granny? Should she be buried or cremated? Who was Berthe?

Bruno Podalydès

He was interested in making plays and movies with his brothers and friends when he was a kid. He read Les Films de ma vie by Truffaut. He studied at IMAC in Paris and his work was about computer-generated pictures. He performed Albert Capon mécanicien. Versailles Rive Gauche was shown in 1992 in Cannes.
