Carlos Ortiz Tejeda

Native of Saltillo, he studied the law before he became professor in the University and journalist. He was a TV program director on shows such as « 2 of 3 » (analysis of youth’s issues and ideology), or « Cine Studio 13 », and founder of the Short Film Production Center at the Churubusco studios. Specialist of mass communication, his work was used in several conferences on the subject.
