In 1988 Augusto Pinochet is forced to call a plebiscite on his presidency. The country will vote Yes or No to extend his rule for eight more years. Rene Saaverda, a young advertising executive, is charged by the opposition leaders to direct the campain. Saaverda and his team devise an audacious plan to win the election.
