
Erez Laufer was born in Israel in 1962 and graduated in film from Tel-Aviv University in 1987. Since, he has edited and directed at Pennebaker Hegedus Films in New York and returned to Israel to direct and produce independently. He has worked on such projects as Startup.com and Only the Strong Survive (2002), joined the "Steps" International team in their Aids films project, and edited "Looking for Busi" in South Africa. He is also founder of his own production company.
