Born in Luxembourg, Bady Minck studied sculpture and experimental film at Vienna's School of Fine Arts. Her film, "L'Homme aux nerfs modernes" was shown at the Cannes International Critics Week 1989, and Georges Pompidou Center's film collections. In 1996, her film "Mécanomagie", was shown at 47 international festivals. As a visual artist, she created the “electro-cells” in opposition to the extreme right wing. They function on the web and in contemporary arts centers around Europe
